26 Tex. Admin. Code § 334.101 - Purpose
This subchapter describes:
(1) the rights of an individual with mental
retardation and of an LAR; and
(2)
procedures of DADS for informing and protecting the rights of:
(A) an individual residing in a state MR
facility or receiving services and supports from an MRA; and
(B) an LAR.
