26 Tex. Admin. Code § 350.607 - Public Outreach

(a) The subrecipient must plan and implement child find, public awareness, and interagency coordination goals and strategies that comply with IDEA Part C.
(b) When HHSC provides language to use in communicating with primary referral sources, parents of infants and toddlers, or the general public, the subrecipient must use the provided language.
