26 Tex. Admin. Code § 356.1307 - Access to Services for People with Limited English Proficiency
If a contractor provides direct services for a special nonresidential project, the contractor must:
(1) serve people with limited English
proficiency and take reasonable steps to ensure meaningful access to the
program; and
(2) develop, maintain,
and comply with written policies and procedures for the access and delivery of
services to people with limited English proficiency.
