26 Tex. Admin. Code § 357.107 - Service Provider Standards and Contract Requirements
(a) A service
provider must adhere to the service provider's contracts and either the Independent Living Services Standards for Providers or the Independent Living
Base/Operational Grant Standards for Service Providers, depending on the type of contract.
(b) A service
provider must ensure the quality of any services subcontracted to a vendor.
