26 Tex. Admin. Code § 550.1409 - Operation of a Center without a License
(a) If a person operates a center without a
license issued in accordance with this chapter, the person is liable for a
civil penalty of $500 for each day of violation.
(b) A person commits an offense if the person
knowingly establishes or operates a center without the appropriate license in
accordance with this chapter.
(c)
An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
(d) Each day a violation continues
constitutes a separate offense.
