26 Tex. Admin. Code § 553.353 - What enforcement actions may HHSC take?
HHSC may:
(1)
suspend a license;
(2) order
immediate closing of all or part of the facility;
(3) revoke a license;
(4) refer the violation to the Office of the
Attorney General for involuntary appointment of a trustee, injunction, or for
the assessment of civil penalties; or
(5) assess administrative
penalties.
