This undesignated head governs the cancellation of current Texas Department of Human Services (DHS) Medicaid contracts with nursing facilities; debarment of former or potential contractors is governed by §§ 69.275-69.279 of Title 40 (relating to Debarment and Suspension of Current and Potential Contractor's Rights, Causes for and Conditions of Debarment, Causes for and Conditions of Suspension, Proof Required for Debarment and Suspension, and Notice Requirements for Debarment and for Suspension).
