26 Tex. Admin. Code § 744.3607 - How often must I inspect and service the fire extinguisher(s)?

(a) The director or designee must inspect all fire extinguishers monthly. The date of the inspection and the name of the director or designee who inspects the extinguisher(s) must be recorded and kept at the operation for review during your hours of operation.

(b) Fire extinguishers must be serviced as required by manufacturer's instructions, or as required by the state or local fire marshal.
