26 Tex. Admin. Code § 745.8497 - What confidentiality requirements apply to a person who is an applicant for a permit, a permit holder, or a former permit holder?
(a) Except as provided by subsection (b) of
this section, the following information regarding a person who is an applicant
for a permit, a permit holder, or a former permit holder is confidential and
may not be released to the public:
(1) Home
address;
(2) Home telephone
number;
(3) Email
address;
(4) Social security
number;
(5) Date of
birth;
(6) Driver's license
number;
(7) State identification
number;
(8) Passport
number;
(9) Emergency contact
information; and
(10) Payment
information.
(b) The
following information is not confidential or exempt from public disclosure
under this section:
(1) A home address that is
also the operation's physical address;
(2) A home telephone number that is also the
operation's telephone number; and
(3) An email address that is also the
operation's email address.
