26 Tex. Admin. Code § 746.4407 - How many toilets am I required to have in my child-care center?
(a) If you are licensed to serve 13 or more
children, you must have one flush toilet for every 17 children who are 18
months of age and older.
(b) If you
are licensed to serve 12 or fewer children, you must have at least one flush
toilet available for the children's use.
(c) If you were licensed as a kindergarten
and nursery school, or school: grades kindergarten and above, before September
1, 2003, you must have one toilet for every 20 children.
(d) If you were licensed as a drop-in
child-care center before September 1, 2003, you must have at least one toilet
for every 25 children.
(e) A
child-care center licensed before September 1, 2003, must comply with the
requirements specified in subsection (a) or (b) of this section if the permit
issued prior to September 1, 2003, is no longer valid.
