26 Tex. Admin. Code § 747.5331 - Must my child-care home have a carbon monoxide detection system?
A registered or licensed child-care home must be equipped with a working carbon monoxide detection system unless it is located in a school facility that complies:
(1)
With the school facility standards adopted by the commissioner of education
under the Education Code, §
46.008; or
(2) With standards adopted by the board of a
local school district that are similar to those described in paragraph (1) of
this section.
