26 Tex. Admin. Code § 749.1309 - What must a child's initial service plan include?
(a) You must base the
child's initial service plan on the child's needs identified in the child's
admission assessment and integrate trauma informed care in the care, treatment,
and management of each child. The service planning team may prioritize the
child's service planning goals and objectives based on the child's admission
assessment. However, any required service plan components not initially
addressed must have a justification for the delay in addressing the
needs.
(b) The child's initial
service plan must be documented in the child's record and include those items
that a preliminary plan must include (see §
749.1301 of this title (relating
to What are the requirements for a preliminary service plan?)), and the items
noted below for each specific type of service that you provide the child:
