28 Tex. Admin. Code § 1.801 - Purpose and Scope
In order to minimize delays which hamper small businesses and other enterprises, this subchapter establishes time periods within which the State Board of Insurance shall review and process permit applications efficiently and provides for an appeal process should the agency violate these periods.
