28 Tex. Admin. Code § 10.86 - Telephone Access
Each network must establish and maintain telephone access logs for calls received other than during regular business hours that accurately record the following:
(1)
the date the network received the telephone call;
(2) detailed information necessary for the
network to respond to the telephone call;
(3) the date the network responded to the
telephone call; and
(4) identifying
information for the telephone call.
