28 Tex. Admin. Code § 13.561 - Authorized Investments
The trust must invest its assets in compliance with Insurance Code Chapter 425, Subchapter C, concerning Authorized Investments and Transactions for Capital Stock, Life, Health, and Accident Insurers.
