28 Tex. Admin. Code § 15.112 - Industrial Insured Documentation
Support for industrial insured status must include documentation of the following:
(1)
compliance with Insurance Code §
981.004(d)(2) and
(3); and
(2) a signed statement from the insured
identifying which provisions of Insurance Code and §981.0032(3) and
§981.0033(2) are applicable to the insured.
