28 Tex. Admin. Code § 19.1316 - Nonresident License
A nonresident of the state of Texas who seeks to do business as a risk manager within the State of Texas must apply for licensing in accordance with the Insurance Code, Article 21.14-1, and the provisions of this subchapter.
