28 Tex. Admin. Code § 21.401 - Purpose
The purpose of these sections is to eliminate unfair discrimination based upon sex or marital status in the terms and conditions of insurance policies, in the underwriting criteria of insurers, and in the rates, rating plans, and rating classifications of insurers.
