28 Tex. Admin. Code § 24.2 - Definitions
In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings assigned by the Insurance Code, § 562.002 and § 7001.001:
(1) Discount health care program;
(2) Discount health care program
operator;
(3) Member; and
(4) Provider.
