28 Tex. Admin. Code § 25.83 - Access to Books and Records
Examiners shall have free access, including the right to make copies, to all the books and records of the insurance premium finance company for the purpose of determining the financial condition, as well as compliance with the Insurance Code, Chapter 24, affecting the conduct of its business.
