28 Tex. Admin. Code § 25.89 - File for Official Correspondence and Reports
All communications between the licensee and the Department shall be maintained by the licensee in a separate file. The file shall include, but not be limited to, complaints, annual reports, examination reports, and any other correspondence with the Department.
