28 Tex. Admin. Code § 251.219 - Reconsideration of Claim

Where a claim has been rejected by the director and a hearing has not been held by the commission, the employee may request reconsideration of a claim by letter to the director. A hearing by the commission may be requested by the injured employee in accordance with commission rules.
