28 Tex. Admin. Code § 3.1306 - Severability
If any provision of these sections or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is for any reason held to be invalid, the remainder of the provisions of this subchapter and the application of such provisions to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
