28 Tex. Admin. Code § 3.1702 - Applicability and Scope
This subchapter:
(1) applies to all persons involved in the
business of life settlements in this state as specified in Insurance Code
Chapter 1111A;
(2) does not
regulate the actions of an investor providing money to a life settlement
provider, and does not preempt, supersede, or limit any provision of any state
securities law or any rule, order, or notice issued under the law;
and
(3) becomes effective August 1,
2013.
