Reserves for long-term care benefits provided pursuant to the terms and conditions of policies or certificates which are subject to the provisions of this subchapter shall be determined in accordance with Subchapter GG of this chapter (relating to Minimum Reserve Standards for Individual and Group Accident and Health Insurance).
