28 Tex. Admin. Code § 3.5608 - Annual Review of Approved Deviated Rates

All approved deviated rates shall be filed for review for each case in accordance with this subchapter each year for each case. At the time of such review of approved deviated rates, adjustments may be made in the rates if the commissioner finds that experience shows that an adjustment is appropriate.
