28 Tex. Admin. Code § 3.9701 - Purpose
The purpose of this subchapter is to:
(1) provide standards for the disclosure of
certain minimum information about annuity contracts; and
(2) assist purchasers of annuity contracts to
understand certain basic features of annuity contracts.
