28 Tex. Admin. Code § 33.502 - Inquiries
The Commissioner may make inquiries of any person to determine compliance with the Act, to aid in enforcing the Act, to determine the financial solvency of a facility, or to verify a statement contained in a disclosure or actuarial statement.
