28 Tex. Admin. Code § 34.3 - Applicability of Sections

The sections of this subchapter shall apply to any person engaged in the business of the storage, handling, dispensing, and use of flammable liquids at retail service stations, and bulk plants operated in conjunction with retail service stations.
