28 Tex. Admin. Code § 34.408 - Severability

If any provision of this subchapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid for any reason, the invalidity shall not affect the other provisions or any other application of this subchapter which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or application. To this end all provisions of these rules are declared to be severable.
