28 Tex. Admin. Code § 5.4251 - Requests and Submissions to the Department
(a) Items submitted under this section must
be submitted in writing to the chief clerk, Texas Department of Insurance. They
may be:
(1) hand delivered;
(2) mailed; or
(3) sent in a manner that is otherwise
acceptable to the department.
(b) The date of the item will be the date the
department receives the item.
(c)
When a party submits a request to the commissioner or the department under this
section, the party must provide a copy of the request to the other party at the
same time.
