28 Tex. Admin. Code § 61.60 - Attendance at Conference
(a) The claimant
and the claimant's attorney or authorized agent, if any, and the carrier's
representative must attend all prehearing conferences pertaining to the claim
under consideration.
(b) A request
for a prehearing conference shall constitute an agreement by the requesting
party to appear personally or arrange for substitute representation in the
event of a scheduling conflict.
(c)
Claimant's attendance may be waived for good cause.
