30 Tex. Admin. Code § 11.106 - Settlement of Claim

Any agreement to settle all or a portion of the contractor's claim filed under this subchapter must be:

(1) in writing;

(2) signed by the executive director and the contractor or authorized representative; and

(3) filed with the chief clerk.
