30 Tex. Admin. Code § 122.220 - Applications for Significant Permit Revisions
An application must include, at a minimum, the following:
(1) a description of the change;
(2) a description of the emission units affected;
(3) a description of the emissions affected by the change;
(4) a certification in accordance with §
122.165 of this title (relating to Certification by a Responsible Official).
