30 Tex. Admin. Code § 351.22 - Designation of Regional Entity
The City of San Antonio is designated as the governmental agency to implement the regional and area-wide system in the regional area in Rosillo Creek and portions of Leon, Olmos, and Salado Creeks and their respective watersheds.
