30 Tex. Admin. Code § 352.241 - Geology
(a) A summary of the geologic conditions at the facility, including the relation of the geologic condition to each coal combustion residuals unit, must be prepared and signed in accordance with §
352.4 of this title (relating to Engineering and Geoscientific Information) and included in the application. The summary must include sufficient information and data; all groundwater monitoring data required by 40 Code of Federal Regulations Part 257, Subpart D, as amended through the April 17, 2015, issue of the Federal Register (80 FR 21301); and information required by §§
352.601, 352.621, 352.631, and 352.641 of this title (relating to Placement Above the Uppermost Aquifer; Fault Areas; Seismic Impact Zones; and Unstable Areas).
(b) Previously prepared documents may be submitted, but must be supplemented or updated as necessary to provide the requested information.
