31 Tex. Admin. Code § 286.31 - Purpose
(a) The Texas On-site Wastewater Treatment
Research Council awards competitive grants to enhance the development of
on-site treatment technology and systems that will improve the quality of
and/or reduce the cost of on-site wastewater treatment.
(b) Unsolicited grant applications will not
be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
