31 Tex. Admin. Code § 286.32 - Council Objectives
The objectives of the council in considering projects are:
(1) To determine the regional
suitability and effectiveness of on-site wastewater treatment alternatives;
and
(2) To demonstrate and evaluate
appropriate on-site wastewater treatment technology in the various geographic
and climatic areas of Texas.
