31 Tex. Admin. Code § 3.78 - Final Settlement Agreement
A final settlement agreement reached during or through mediation that resolves an entire claim or counterclaim, or any designated and severable portion of a claim or counterclaim, must comply with § 3.70 of this subchapter (relating to Settlement Agreement).
