31 Tex. Admin. Code § 355.111 - Notice of Eligibility and Applications for Funds
(a) The executive administrator shall publish
notice, as appropriate, to advise eligible applicants of the availability of
funds under this subchapter.
(b)
The executive administrator shall provide application forms to interested
eligible applicants and may request any additional information required after a
review of the application.
(c)
Incomplete applications may be rejected by the executive
administrator.
