31 Tex. Admin. Code § 355.113 - Review of Applications for Funding by Environmental Flows Advisory Group
(a) An applicant for funding under this
subchapter shall submit his application for funding to the environmental flows
advisory group for review, comment and a recommendation for funding.
(b) The executive administrator shall
evaluate the applications based on the reviews, comments and recommendations
received from the group.
