31 Tex. Admin. Code § 364.51 - Applications for Plat Approval
(a) Owner
representation. An application for approval of a plat shall be filed with the
county by the record owner of the property to be subdivided or the duly
authorized agent of the record owner.
(b) Standards. Every plat creating two or
more lots of five acres or less for residential use shall comply with the
standards of Division 2 and the requirements of Division 3 of this
subchapter.
