31 Tex. Admin. Code § 52.102 - Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

(1) Department--The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.

(2) Executive director--The executive director of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.

(3) Stocking--The taking, transporting, and releasing of fish and wildlife.
