31 Tex. Admin. Code § 52.201 - Departmental Stocking under Federal Funding Guidelines
Wildlife stockings which meet conditions required for funding under the Pittman-Robertson Federal Aid in Wildlife Restoration Program may be approved by the executive director. Conditions published in the most recent edition of the Federal Aid in Fish and Wildlife Restoration Manual will apply.
