31 Tex. Admin. Code § 57.255 - Renewal
(a) The department may renew a current
offshore aquaculture permit, provided:
(1)
the applicant has complied with all requirements of this subchapter and permit
provisions during the one-year period immediately preceding renewal;
(2) the facility is in compliance with all
operational and facility standards as reflected in the current permit
(including amendments);
(3) the
applicant has completed and submitted an application for permit renewal;
and
(4) the applicant has paid the
fee prescribed by §
53.15 of this title (relating to
Miscellaneous Fisheries and Wildlife Licenses and Permits).
(b) The department will not renew
an expired permit.
