31 Tex. Admin. Code § 65.277 - Violations and Penalties
A violation of this subchapter, 50 CFR §29.21, or a provision of a permit issued under this subchapter is an offense punishable by the penalties prescribed by Parks and Wildlife Code, § 49.017.
