31 Tex. Admin. Code § 65.80 - Definitions

The words and terms used in this division shall have the meanings assigned by § 65.90 of this title (relating to Definitions), unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. All other words in this subchapter shall have the meanings assigned by Parks and Wildlife Code.
