31 Tex. Admin. Code § 65.98 - Transition Provisions
A release site that was not in compliance with the applicable testing requirements of this division in effect between August 15, 2016 and the effective date of this section shall be:
(1) required to comply with the applicable
provisions of this division regarding CWD testing with respect to release
facilities; and
(2) ineligible to
be a release site for breeder deer or deer transferred pursuant to a Triple T
permit or DMP until the release site has complied with paragraph (1) of this
section.
