31 Tex. Admin. Code § 69.311 - Violations and Penalties
Unless specifically exempted by another provision of this code, it is an offense for any person to violate a provision of this subchapter. Penalties for a violation of this subchapter are as provided by Parks and Wildlife Code, § 43.030.
