34 Tex. Admin. Code § 13.17 - Definitions
The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
(1) "Agency" means the
Department of Public Safety, Employees Retirement System, Teacher Retirement
System, and the Texas Workforce Commission.
(2) "Comptroller" means the Comptroller of
Public Accounts.
(3) "Information"
means the name, address, social security number, date of birth, driver's
license or state identification number, and any other information the
comptroller believes will aid its efforts to locate persons with unclaimed
property reported to the comptroller.
(4) "Transfer" means transferred
electronically over secure format.
